The Association of Women in Crypto (AWIC) is a global network committed to empowering women and allies in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 industries through access to education, professional development, advocacy, and community. As the Regional Ambassador for Africa, I proudly represent AWIC’s mission across the continent—connecting women to opportunities that accelerate growth and visibility in this dynamic space. Earlier this year, I successfully launched the Nairobi Chapter, creating a vibrant local hub for networking and mentorship. I've also represented AWIC as a speaker and advocate at numerous local and regional conferences, championing inclusive innovation and spotlighting African women building in Web3.
