Hi, I’m Chebet Kipingor—a Kenyan-born growth strategist, business operations manager, and storyteller at heart. I’ve spent 8+ years helping fintech and Web3 brands grow across Africa, with a focus on emerging markets, regulatory clarity, and inclusive product adoption.
Currently, I lead business operations and growth at Busha, Nigeria's first SEC-licensed exchange, where I’ve helped scale our user base to 900,000+ active customers and enabled $ 3 B+ in crypto transactions. From Nairobi to Lagos, I bring cross-border strategy to life through product localisation, crypto payments API integrations, and stakeholder alignment. I’ve been featured in Cointelegraph for thought leadership on the future of crypto regulations in Africa.
